By using DigiFitSphere services, you accept the terms below. These terms include the information required under Article 3 of Law No. 6563, including the service provider details.
The trade name, MERSİS number, address and contact details are given at the bottom of the page ("Data Controller / Seller").
DigiFitSphere is a digital platform (mobile and web) that offers personalised training, nutrition and tracking services. The athlete store (e-commerce) is not currently offered; the store clauses below apply only to a future marketplace.
You must be at least 15 years old to use the services. You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account information.
You agree to use the app lawfully, with respect for the rights of others and for its intended purpose. You bear legal responsibility for the content you share.
DigiFitSphere is not a healthcare provider; training and nutrition content does not constitute medical diagnosis, treatment or prescription and is for general information purposes. It is your obligation to consult your physician before starting a new programme, to declare your health status accurately and to apply the recommendations at your own responsibility. All content, software, trademarks and designs in the app belong to DigiFitSphere; copying, distributing or creating derivative works without permission is prohibited.
The professional ecosystem is a paid subscription; the free (Default) plan is permanent. The Subscription Terms apply to subscriptions; the Distance Sales Contract (in Turkish), Preliminary Information Form (in Turkish) and Returns and Right of Withdrawal (in Turkish) terms apply to store purchases.
Commercial electronic messages are sent to you only with your approval (opt-in) and through the Message Management System (İYS); you can refuse these messages free of charge at any time.
The service is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted/error-free; DigiFitSphere is not liable for indirect damages. The terms may be changed with prior notice.
For consumer disputes, the Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees have jurisdiction within the monetary limits, and the Consumer Courts above them. The law of the Republic of Türkiye applies; contact: destek@digifitsphere.com.
